Tier 2 is the product.

Everything in administrative support, plus a quarterly on-site walk, a monthly video walk, and a plan that closes. It is the tier we recommend for most trades.

Once a quarter we walk the yard and trucks with the owner present. In the other months we walk them with you by video. Between walks, we review the photos your people send from their own checks.

A risk-ranked action plan, tracked to closure.

Each item has a cited regulation, an owner, a cost tier, and a deadline. An item closes when the evidence arrives.
